I coudlnt get a response from a doctor on Monday. You had to resubmit the request on Tuesday - why couldn't it have been held and carried over to Tuesday. Spoke to a physio and she was very good but it was just a triage session. I booked a face to face for the next day. But it wasn't a face to face just an assessment . I feel I am just in a vortex of being passed around from one person to another. No one is listening to me.

1. The doctors were not taking appointments but hey were available for the SALV meeting that evening. 2. Stop cycling people round the system without any treatment or decisions. 3. Listen to the patient - I had specifics that I wanted to talk about and was not given the opportunity to do so. To be honest, my experience of the surgery is going steadily downhill. We have been patients for 20 years. Appreciate the current climate and the local healthcare political environment but this surgery used to have patients atteh heart at what they did.

The Dr always responds quickly. Always polite. So lucky to have you as our GP practice!

Not sure its your area but the dispensary is VERY SLOW!! i wish we could have 3 monthly scripts - it would help their back log and save a lot of time.

The doctors are very helpful when you get through.

The website is not particularly helpful with updates. Most of the information on Covid is a reiteration of NHS statements. I had my first vaccination quite some while ago and the 12 week period for the second vaccination is getting ever closer. Do I have to sit here hoping something will happen? There should be an update on the website to say how you are getting through the list of second vaccinations and whether the 12 week period is going to be respected. I am in the dark on this one, and there are dire warnings against phoning the surgery.

Had a lovely experience today with the midwife. Was listed to and reassured about my concerns.
